by David Hamlyn-Wright | May 25, 2017 | Memorable Events, Promotional Tank Hire Unusual Events
Dougie Lampkin Rides His Bike Over Our Tanks We had the chance to get involved in the Brackley Festival of Speed, all motorbikes, not really my thing. I’m more of a trials bike rider. The deal was – could we rattle a couple of tanks down the town so Dougie...
War & Peace Show Tank Limo
by David Hamlyn-Wright | May 25, 2017 | Memorable Events, Tank Limo Unusual Events
War & Peace Show Tank Limo 2006 The calendar looked pretty full and it didn’t look likely we could make the War and Peace show this year. Shame I thought sort of a tradition must be 10 or 12 years straight now. They cover some of my costs to get one or two main...

The Mud Man Tank Driving The mud man, on a full Monty we often get a little mud some times a lot. On this particular day we had a reasonable water splash that had turned to porridge Nigel the local landlord of the red lion was on his birthday full Monty day. His...Our Driving Experiences

He who Dares wins Rodders. You take a risk on a spares or Repaires golf buggy with supposed vermin nibbling, looked more like someone with snipers had cut the Loome. Any way check out the beasts progress and Kates face.

Rather a lot of ferreting today. Finally had a go at the 32 miles twenty five year sleeper today the points needed a good file. Got it running beautifully then lost all power to points ?
Some improvement on the misfire ferret that’s looking like points to they were awful. Ordered new but ran a file across them to prove a point.

I know your page is all about tanks, and i also know that the tank pictures i shared isn't the real thing but its as close to real as i could get. This is my Franklin Mint Sherman Tank. Being a Military Child I've always had a love for tanks specifically the Sherman as I am a military history buff as well, and to me the Sherman has quite a history of its own. I hope you like the pics. Sincerely Jim. ... See MoreSee Less

A very productive day despite the temperature in or out of the Afghan workshops. My amazing polish wellies made from the croc foam material are truly a god send £11 and so far better than all these neoprene ones costing ten times as much.
