Muttley pulled its socks up nicely. Smooth box, synchro on all the gears, independent coil suspension all round.
Shielder drove well too, it was pretty dirty already so thought I may as well get it clogged around the courses. Kate’s planning to road test both this weekend. Dell boy ( David Jason ) is up tomorrow filming. Kate’s maiden name was Trotter would you believe. ... See MoreSee Less

Sad today running over my eldest son Danny’s cleo. Been a faithful little car, done him proud but he scampered of and bought an almost new car than funnily enough let him down after only a few days. Surprised to find a nearly full bottle of jack Daniels in the boot but with my tooth ache I’m tempted to wop the lot down, even though I don’t drink .
Little cleo rest in peace. ... See MoreSee Less

New victim for the vip deluxe car crush, could be the first one owner from new Classic car tank annihilation. Best bit is it runs fine needs no road tax or mot because it’s 50 years old so while we’re waiting for the happy crusher I can drive it about may even get Robbo to blow it over in camo.
The surcharge is 40k on top of our normal car crush package cost seems expensive but not for a once in a lifetime moment.
Ps we need lots of normal mot failures for tank fodder and we’re still paying lots more than scrap. ... See MoreSee Less
